The ambience of the hotel was fabulous with gorgeous pieces of furniture, vases, lights and tiles befitting the era,The room was spacious, bed and pillows extremely comfortable and bathroom amenities second to none.The location was perfect- walking distance to all the main attractions as the hotel was near the centre of town. The little touches of complementary chilled sparkling wine, home made chocolates and an opportunity to sample the splendid marmalade from Sevilla oranges was much appreciated. The meal at the San Fernando restaurant was excellent and very good value. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Overall my sister an I had a wonderful four days in Sevilla and would highly recommend this hotel as a fabulous place to stay..

The breakfast/dining room area is beautiful as are the areas around it, reception, corridors, landings and lifts. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The staff work very hard. The staff who served us by the pool and those who served us at breakfast were fantastic and very obliging at all times. The staff who serviced the rooms were excellent as were those who took luggage etc t
